We hosted our son’s 13th birthday party here and it was great! We had a party of 30 and everything ran smoothly! the food was shockingly very good for a bowling place everyone told me how much they enjoyed the food! All the staff were nice and efficient. Food came out hot and quickly. I want to say Thank You to the entire jersey lanes staff for making my son’s birthday a big hit we all left happy!❤️

If you enjoy fresh oiled lanes DO NOT COME HERE! I’ve been here over 15 times and yet have the lanes been oiled. They only oil lanes for league…Disappointing to say the least.

Lanes are fine. Bartender refused to serve me a glass of water, instead directing me to the snack stand to buy a bottle. Have never been to a bar that doesn’t serve tap water.

I got so disappointed after enjoying our bowling hour - me and my 3 children; 11,4 and 6. We went into the arcade, one of the machines was unplugged but one of my son got so excited and inserted money in there anyways after plugging it. Nothing started, and after a while it seemed to be working after putting in more money. 3 out of the 4 guns worked. The guy (whatever his name was, was so rude.) He said “I told him I would give him no refund after the first refund.” I said, well, you’re talking to kids and he just looked at me so sassy and was like well, I said no refunds… & He ended up having to call another woman who eventually said to just give me the $2 that we DESERVED anyways. I guess fighting over $2 was worth the loss of business… Yikes. Horrible service. I can see why the culture is boring in there. I will admit though , the guy who made our pizza was supper nice and helpful and attentive, that’s the only reason why they even got a 2 star out of me.
