Jessica was fantastic. I bought a condo long distance and she went above and beyond. The first condo fell thru after inspection. Jessica understood and kept working just as hard and passionate on the 2nd and 3rd condo. She toured multiple times for me and never complained. Jessica is the only realtor I will concider as a realtor in the valley.

She's such a amazing person being my first time buying a house and not doing the traditional ways instead trying to find a multifamily house, she really knew her information on things and so patient with us we were super eager to move out of our apartment to a multifamily even when we thought we found the one and Was not she made us feel ok and did her hardest to make our dream place come to us. She works with an amazing team also so nice and very knowledgeable with the inspections and what to look out for going forward. She made us feel like family and made this new adventure so much easier then we thought it would be even through the rough patches can't wait to work with her again and finding bigger better homes

Throughout our process of moving from out of state, Jess provided persistent communication and responsiveness. We had limited time to find a home we loved and she made the process so easy with her efficiency, flexibility, honesty and up to date knowledge of the market. When we had an issue with our then current lender she connected us with a new one which made the process go much smoother. We’d choose her again and again!

When buying a house, you want many things from your realtor, including: blunt honesty, responsiveness, industry knowledge, vendor contacts, attention to details, professionalism, task master, etc. But you also want someone you actually like and enjoy doing business with. Jessica checks every box. I highly recommend signing a contract with her, for selling or buying. You won't regret it.
