Can't leave a 0/5 stars, so I guess 1/5 it is. Terrible company. Over charged me for 8 months and wouldn't refund me for it. Promised I could keep my website when we parted ways, and that is true, but didn't tell me they would store it all off site in their own servers and it would crash the minute they pulled it. Oh and I would have to hire a developer to migrate it from a zip file. They ignore emails, they ignore text messaging. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

We’ve only worked with Jet Digital for a couple of months. In the beginning, everything seemed great — Connor, our original contact, was fantastic: responsive, professional, and easy to reach. Unfortunately, after he left Jet Digital (and now I understand why), everything went downhill fast. We’ve had major billing issues that have not been resolved despite multiple attempts to contact the company. They charged our card $8,000 for Google Ads that were never run. The first time it happened, they apologized and said they’d credit it toward the next month. Instead, we were charged another $4,000 the following month. We’ve requested an immediate refund and termination of our contract due to breach, but no one responds to emails or calls. The lack of accountability and transparency is unacceptable. If you’re considering working with Jet Digital, I strongly recommend proceeding with caution. The initial experience may seem promising, but their billing and customer service are extremely problematic.

I was not able to contact anyone on jetdigital to correct the misunderstanding we had about our contract . They would not reply to my emails but kept charging my card. Had to place a stop payment
