JewBoy is the spot for sliders! Unique burger truck on East Sixth Street. Freshly made burger sliders offering four different flavors to pick from. My personal favorite are the Vato and Redneck. The French fries are shareable and only come in that quantity. So if you’re eating solo I’d prepare to have leftovers. You’re able to eat at the respective tables outside or inside the bar. Great for going with friends, a date, solo, or post drinking. Highly recommend!
Let’s start with the good: my experience overall was really positive. The service was fantastic, and the folks working the window were courteous and genuinely kind. When I picked up my food, it was hot and fresh. And the fries? Awesome—though I can see how some people might find them a little on the salty side. I loved them. Now for the not-so-good. I ordered the Gringo with no pickles, and I probably should’ve asked for the garlic mayo on the side. My burger was absolutely swimming in the mayo aïoli—so much that it overpowered everything else. I took one bite and couldn’t finish it. I also ordered the Vato burger, which unfortunately had a lot of jalapeños (easily 15). Even after taking them off, the jalapeño flavor still dominated the burger. I’d order these again, but I’d recommend getting the sauces—and the jalapeños—on the side so you can control the heat and balance. This review reflects my experience and opinion—your mileage may vary. Peace, Glenn
This is specific to this (E 6th) location. This is the 3rd time I have received raw meat and had to throw out the patty. This meal is too expensive for recieving non-edible food. When I order in person I have to ask them to overcook the sliders, but in the cases where I order for delivery I cant make that request. This use to be my favorite spot for late-bites, but not so much now. A refund would be great…
my boyfriend and i’s favorite burgers are nadc and golden tiger but we’ve heard such great things about this place, however neither of us really liked it that much. we got the gringo and red ass and the latkes, they weren’t bad by any means but we wouldn’t come back for them, quality was good and seasonings were there but just didn’t live up to the hype especially compared to our favorite places!
The sliders were excellent and came with a generous serving of fries. The staff was friendly, and the menu offered a great selection. This spot is clearly a local favorite, and I’ll definitely be returning. Plenty of outdoor seating is available, along with an indoor social club bar and a beautiful garden patio.
