Some of the BEST Mediterranean and halal food I’ve ever had!! I got the zaalouk by recommendation of the owner (who is so kind and welcoming!) and the combo shawarma over rice. Both were absolutely incredible, the flavors were perfection and the portion sizes very generous. My order kept me fed for 3 meals! I can’t wait to be back.

very polite and professional. The food was delicious and the area was clean. I appreciate places like this with great service and even better food! Didn’t get the chance to take pics of my food because it was so good, I just enjoyed my beef kofta over rice with one of the best salads I’ve had. My son is a picky eater but he loved the burger and fries!

This is the best Mediterranean food in Austin. Full stop. It is super healthy, yummy and the portions are incredible. I have been a regular for the north of 2 years. Never disappoints. Atrongly recommend kofta, burger, gyro and tajeen.

Authentic Moroccan food, generous quantities, and lovely and kind owner. First time trying Tajeen and Zaalouk in Austin and they were both very delicious. The tajeen came piping hot and was full of flavor. It takes some time to make though, but it's worth the wait! The chicken was full of flavors and the toom + harrisa add a nice kick to the dish. Portions are huge and prices are very reasonable. The owner was kind enough to bring us free fries as we waited and then send us off with free chocolates. What else could you ask for!

Best Arabic food in Austin. The guy there was great, and as an Arab myself I enjoyed the food, conversations and hospitality. My first time trying harissa, and it exceeded my expectations, love it. Absolutely recommend 👍
