10000/10, I had a great experience and would definitely come back! I can truly see why this place has such positive reviews; from the welcoming security guard outside to the very kind associates in store, you're treated with such care through and through. I came in to get a cherished bracelet of mine repaired, not sure what to expect, but was immediately accommodated by Linda Gold (who has a stunning last name)! She explained the repair process, gave me a tour of the store, and was overall a wonderful person to work with. Highly highly recommend asking for her, she knows how to take care of you! I also love how you're able to see the jewelers work onsite, not to mention the complimentary drinks and cookies (sooo good) while you wait :-) When I returned to pick up my bracelet, Linda told me that my jeweler also fixed the kinks in the chain—something I didn't think was possible. I was so moved by this, especially because this bracelet is irreplaceable to me, and it really solidified my trust with this establishment. If I need anything else in the future, Jeweler's Touch is the first place l'Il go. Thank you so much to Linda, the jewelers, and everyone here! I'm recommending you guys to all my friends and family 🫶🏼

My fiancé and I had a fantastic experience. We came in to reset my engagement ring center stone into a new band. I had a great time trying on rings until we both picked one we fell in love with. I never thought I’d have a favorite jewelry store but this is my one and only jewelry store. All the staff there are wonderful, kind, and helpful. Linda Gold is my go-to associate…. Her love for jewelry and her sweet personality allow for people to make jewelry purchases they truly love and that fit them. Their estate section is my favorite! I love checking in regularly for what’s new.
