I called to see if I could use a gift card that expired 10 days ago and was told no, that there was no way possible that they could scan it! Has customer service changed that much! I used to work in retail and allowances were made, and there were ways to “scan out” or adjust a total. Shame a local business does not want to help out in this unfortunate circumstance! Missed opportunity to get more business.

Very dissatisfied with their policies. I purchased a blouse that was on sale roughly $100 after shipping. It didn't fit so I asked what the return policy was. They have refused a refund and will not offer a store credit. I work hard for my money so making a purchase for a blouse this expensive was very thought out before I did it. I didn't see anything that said all sales final or I wouldn't have bought it as I was taking a chance that it might not fit to begin with So I won't be a customer to a small business that doesn't try to accommodate their patrons and I discourage you to shop here.

Had a minor inconvenience that was solved within minutes with courtesy, respect and smiles! The staff here does a great job catering to their clients and are always happy to help. The clothes are super cute too!
