While the service was fast; Is Jiffy Lube forgetting why people love them in the first place? No vacuum service, no window cleaning (even after placing the time stamp of arrival on the window with the chalk marker), no top off service with the purchase of the oil change which has also increased. These are the things that made the experience worth going to Jiffy Lube, no wonder customers are switching to other companies.

Good morning and l truly appreciate your good customer service. But the was one of a few things that l noticed. 1, it seems like some of the workers were in a rush, when there was only two customers. 2, there was a lack of company and understanding, when it came to showing the opedimy of good customer service. Thank you very much for your help and service. Happy Holiday's.

First time at this location and the staff was welcoming and very helpful. They let me know of the issues and the costs allowing me to decide if I want the services. I can see their teamwork while working on the vehicles and getting customers out in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend coming here for your oil change, tire rotation, light and windshield wiper replacements. Will be back for future oil changes. Thank you!

Fantastic customer service and in and out in about 15 minutes. They didn't push for filter replacements and did not recommend getting new ones. Was able to use coupon. It was the fastest and friendliest service I've ever had at Jiffy Lube. The receipt had all details of the service and was clear and accurate. I recommend this Jiffy Lube wholeheartedly!
