Excellent communication by Chris on a busy Thanksgiving week. I reached out to him via Yelp to find a tire repair place near my sister’s house in Sacramento (I live in Southern California). It’s getting harder to find a tire shop that will do a small job like a single tire patch or plug. Chris responded timely with cost estimates, and I made an appointment to drop off the flat tire as soon as I got to my sister’s house, remove the wheel/tire and inspect the damage to see if it will be repairable. Chris took care of the flat in approximately 30 minutes which is how long it took me to drive my sister to another appointment and come back to see if the tire can be repaired. I highly recommend South West Tire Shop. Every staff I interacted with were professional and friendly. Timely tire repair on the day before Thanksgiving was really appreciated. Thank you, Chris!!!
Arrived at 8:30 a.m. to have two new tires installed, no upselling, just provided me with prices. They gave out the door pricing upfront. Friendly and professional, was out by 8:47. Can’t beat that. Prices were also $200 less than Les Schwab.
This place is great. They had the one tire i Needed and on a Saturday. Friendly! Got it done and did a great job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone asking.
