Hands down one of the best tire shops in Sacramento. I’ve been to a few local spots before coming here, and none of them could properly balance my 3rd gen 4Runner until now. I was in the market for 33” tires, so I gave them a call. Chris and his team were super knowledgeable, especially when it comes to balancing heavier LT tires. He even mounted one tire first to make sure there was no rubbing before moving forward with the full set, which I really appreciated. Pricing was fair, the service was top-notch, and they got everything mounted and balanced perfectly. The truck drives smooth on the highway now. Highly recommend this shop especially if you’ve got a Toyota truck.

Great place great prices. Was having a hard day after my boss violated my rights and my tire got shredded on the way home so I got towed to my favorite tire shop. Frank always helps me out and goes above and beyond. He even helped me fine new rims on ebay while I was there for my car. Was able to help me when I was missing a wheel lock I was having a really hard day but thanks to them its going a lot better. -Xi

Quickly closing in on two years of ownership, the honeymoon phase with my car has not worn off. My only complaint is the run-flat performance tires that create a fairly rough ride. As fate would have it, I took the car to the dealership for a recall and they discovered that one of the tires had a small bubble. I figured this would be the perfect opportunity to celebrate almost two years with the car by treating her to some new tires. I reached out to Chris who quoted me $1,200 (including manufacture warranty) for four thick profiled performance tires, which was $1,300 cheaper than the quote that I received from the dealer. Chris quickly placed the order for the tires and called me the next day to inform me that they had arrived. Since the establishment is generally very busy on the weekends, I decided to visit on a weekday in hopes for a quicker experience. Thankfully, there was only one car ahead of me when I arrived. Chris instructed me to pull the car into the shop and immediately began removing the tires (I’m always impressed by a hands-on owner). Less than 30 minutes later, the job was done and I was in the office checking out. As Chris implied, I can confirm that the ride quality of my car has significantly improved. I have been a customer for seven years and have referred many friends and family to the shop. If you’re looking for competitive prices and exceptional customer service, I highly recommend visiting South West Tire Shop!
