How can I possibly in one short paragraph summarize how truly phenomenal and perfect Jillian was throughout wedding planning and then of course the wedding itself? Seems nearly impossible, but here goes my best shot. I couldn’t be more thankful that we found Jillian. She was a fierce protector of our best interests from start to finish and created what turned out to be the most ~flawless~ wedding. My husband and I both have very non-planner, type-b personalities and Jillian was truly the glue that held the whole thing together. We were amazed at how easily she threw on different hats to meet the needs of whatever situation we were faced with. She went above and beyond in every scenario, from being an impromptu therapist when we were stressing pre-wedding, to pulling the toddler attendees outside with toys and kid entertainment during dinner so our parent guests could enjoy their dinner. You know you have found a great one when guests are reflecting on your wedding and bringing up how amazing your planner was, just from their brief interactions with her during the event. From start to finish, Jillian blew us away and we are forever grateful for her. If you are reading this review considering choosing Jillian, all I can say is DO IT. We would make that decision a million times over with no hesitations.

Jillian is above and beyond and I truly mean that in every sense of the word. My wife and I were seeking a full time wedding planner and we were connected through our photographer who had worked with her prior. Thank goodness we were connected as we had a wedding planner prior who we had to let go because emails would go weeks without being answered among many other issues. Jillian was the opposite of everything we had experienced with our ex-planner. Jillian was communicative, kind and always went above and beyond. She would loop us in with emails and always be so understanding of our schedules. With us having to be out of the state often and attending meetings in our place when needed. Jillian took our budget items and knocked it out of the park. The connections she has made throughout her multiple years in the business allowed us to save through multiple avenues. On the wedding day Jillian was there early to ensure everything was done to the high standards she expects for everyone's perfect day. A memory I will never forget is Jillian took a couple of our friends' toddlers outside to play so the parents could eat. The little touches like that are what makes Jillian so incredible at what she does. She will adapt to what you are looking for and is a woman who knows how to get things done. If you are looking for a planner I highly recommend putting Jillian on your list. She was one of the highlights of planning our wedding and we can’t imagine having had such a perfect day without her hard work!

Jillian and I worked together for over a year planning my July 2025 wedding in Vail, Colorado and it came together so beautifully. Living in Texas full time, it was a bit daunting planning a wedding from a far but Jillian made it feel seamless and as if we were right down the road from each other. From vendor outreach, day to day communication, contract reviewing, final selections, to the day of our wedding - Jillian made me feel seen, heard and advocated for which is truly what a bride needs to have in a wedding planner (especially for a destination wedding!). When the big day arrived, Jillian and her wonderful team divided and conquered, since our ceremony took place on Vail Mountain at the Holy Cross Event Deck and our reception was held at Donovan Pavilion. Her team was kind, quick on their feet and if they didn't have an answer right away - they were right back with one after consulting with her. She is hospitality driven and very direct - two important qualities to look out for in a wedding planner! Jillian will resolve any and all issues, and make sure your dream wedding comes to life. If anyone is still reading this, my main piece of advice before diving into planning with Jillian is to nail down your budget and overall vision via Pinterest. You will have a great time chatting through what you're looking for and who Jillian knows in the industry to help make it happen. And if she doesn't have a particular vendor already in mind (rare, but possible!) she will go on the hunt to find the perfect one catered to you. Happy planning!
