Our experience with Jim and his team was exceptional. They were extremely helpful as we had no idea how to navigate my uncle’s estate upon his sudden passing. We are so thankful to them and all they did to navigate us through it. They gave clear step by step instructions on what needed to happen, were very knowledgeable, and very quick to respond to any questions we had. 10/10 would recommend!

Living in Massachusetts and having to manage the Nebraska estate of my late sister through probate presented several challenges. Fortunately, I had the help and guidance of Jim Titus and his paralegal, Lisa Carpenter, to step me through the process. They provided professional, courteous, organized, and timely support from opening the estate with the Lancaster County Court and naming me the Personal Representative of the estate to petitioning the court to close the estate. They provided the necessary draft and final documents and filed the final documents with the court. The entire process was conducted efficiently and smoothly thanks to Jim and Lisa. Jim Titus has been my parents attorney for their estate for many years. My father, Carter passed away in Jan of 2017 and my mother, Lois just this past Nov. Jim has always been readily available, most times answering the phone himself with quick answers to any questions or concerns I would have. Jim and Lisa, his long time para have been extremely good to work with and completed my mother's estate in a matter of days which was so helpful.
