Would not recommend, walked in the store never once was welcomed or spoke to by an employee. He just fiddled with a guitar behind a counter playing with a delay pedal. I get it, you like to noodle, but come on dude you’re running a business, at least acknowledge the fact you have some customers in the store. Surely enough we left and went to Plano guitar center to spend money. Would not recommend.

Remember, they don’t have any public restroom, but they let me used their private restroom. I know I know this is not a restroom review, but about the quality of their service and instruments and I would say that was very good. I asked like 1000 questions, even with questions they don’t have anything to do with their business and the steel answered them and also I forgot my credit card so they wait for me until I come back 30 minutes later with kindness, respect, and patience. They served very well… thank you very much and God bless you.

Since this has been open I have had nothing but great experiences here. I take my friends here any chance that I get just to walk around and I am so happy something like this is in Garland. The selection of guitars here is INCREDIBLE. I've wanted to support this business at every opportunity because the staff here are just so helpful and knowledgeable. Last week I traded up for a guitar and called ahead with the details. I received a call later from Jimmy Wallace apologizing he could not handle the deal himself but to call him in case I needed anything. He assured me that his team is more than capable of handling it (which they most certainly are) but again asked me to call him directly if I had any questions. This level of service is unmatched for any transaction I've made. I don't get that kind of service when I'm buying a car! I walked away very happily with a brand new Heritage 535 with brand new strings and polished frets because the team wanted me to have the best experience out of the box. Not to mention another new set of 10's incase they got my preferences wrong. Please consider JW for your next guitar purchase, they are outstanding for all things guitar and bass!

This store made me wish I was a better guitar player. I mean to say, craftsmanship is right on the square in downtown Garland at Jimmy Wallace. Good grief!!! I saw the very best in amps and guitars. And parts and pickups were ready, as were the perfect strings. The quality is obvious. Enjoy the vibe. Save your funds up and shop here for the perfect guitar to change your life.
