Jim’s services gave helped me on several computers and he always goes extra mile to set up the computers just right. Prompt service and answered all questions and goes out of the way to find the parts when needed. Highly recommend Jim and his company!! I will keep coming back and refer him to others.

Jim is awesome! I was able to have my issues resolved quickly. My old laptop stopped working and he was able to sell me a much newer Dell laptop for a very reasonable price. He coped all my photos and files from my old laptop. I told him the pictures were very important to me and he made sure I had all of them. He is a very kind hearted person. I went to Jim's Services, not realizing it was a private residence. I called from my car to ask if I could come without an appointment. Jim graciously met me outside in his garage, had my laptop fixed in 10 minutes and charged a very reasonable price. I will be recommending him to all my friends and will definitely return to him when I need any further assistance.

Got a great deal on a Dell with a i7 6700. He did a really good job cleaning it as well as you can see in the picture. I was even able to update it to Windows 11. Highly recommend Jim.
