Always lovely an environment, the receptionist is so calming and helpful, especially when I needed to change my appointment around so much! The massage therapist is always so nice and checks in.

Jindii Eco Spa was an amazing experience from start to finish. I reached out to book a couples treatment on short notice, and they were more than happy to accommodate us. Not only that, they made the whole experience feel really special. The staff were super friendly, professional, and made us feel completely relaxed the entire time. Everything was smooth and thoughtfully done, and the service was honestly excellent. They even surprised us with a special gift, which was such a sweet and unexpected touch. You can really tell the management cares about the experience they create. If you’re looking for a relaxing, high-quality spa with great people and great vibes, Jindii Eco Spa is definitely the place. Highly recommend!

I wanted to surprise my friend with a special spa experience at Jindii Eco Spa, and the team absolutely nailed it. They went out of their way to create a personalized experience that felt thoughtful and unique, making the surprise extra special. My friend was visiting from interstate and was beyond happy with the entire experience—from the atmosphere to the treatments and the genuine care from the staff. She loved it so much that she went ahead and booked another session for the following month to line up with her next visit, which honestly says it all. I’m so grateful to the entire Jindii team, from the friendly reception staff to the amazing therapists, for taking care of every little detail so diligently. The service was seamless, warm, and truly exceptional. Jindii Eco Spa is the perfect place if you’re looking to give someone an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!

Can't speak to the services but had a terrible experience with admin / owner. Was in touch to see if they would honour a voucher that was several weeks out of date. Initially assured they would - as long as the service I was booking was more expensive than the voucher. Agreed a service, discussed dates for the service, only to then be told that they needed to call the owner. Was then told that the owner decided that they would only honour half the value of the voucher. Truly bizarre experience. The whole thing felt mismanaged and money-grubbing.

Therapist deserves 5 stars, lovely and accommodating, doing her job as instructed. Management and communication in lead up was atrocious. Tried several times to make an appointment via email, messenger and finally managed to get through on the phone. I had booked in for an hour appointment and was done within 40 minutes tops. When greeted by the manager she was less than helpful to say the least. Certainly not the birthday experience I was hoping for.
