Jered and his team at JIS were very helpful in assisting my husband and our family. Extremely professional and experienced in their industry. JIS acted promptly upon our request and produced real time results within a week timeframe. Information, screenshots, photos and confirmations were included in the contract. Very reasonable pricing for what is being offered. Keep up the great work guys! You all have a purpose and a place in this world! 🙏🏼

Jered has helped me out a few times and has always done an amazing job. He's quick and very good at what he does, getting me info I didn't know would be possible. I highly recommend!

Jared is a wonderful PI and overall just a great guy. He answered all my questions and thoroughly handled my specific needs. He even testified at court, I really can't say enough about how helpful he's been.

I hired Jared with J.I.S. Private Investigations for a background check on short notice. I reached out on a Friday evening and received preliminary information within a few hours. By Monday, I had a full report that was thorough, well-organized, and confirmed my suspicions about this person. Professional, responsive, and reliable. Highly recommended!

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel I need to speak up after what I experienced. I hired this company because of the positive reviews and really thought I was dealing with professionals. They were very quick and professional when it came to taking my payment — no issues there. But everything after that went downhill. When I politely asked for updates on the work, they seemed to get annoyed. Instead of providing the basic communication I expected, they became increasingly rude and dismissive. I was treated poorly for simply wanting to be informed about the progress. Eventually, things escalated to the point where I was even called names — something I never imagined would happen when hiring a company I trusted. It’s incredibly disappointing to be treated this way, especially after paying in full and giving them the benefit of the doubt. I feel completely disrespected and hurt by the way I was spoken to and handled. They were professional when it came to taking my money — but unprofessional, rude, and downright hostile when it came to treating me with basic decency. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Please think twice before trusting them based on reviews alone.
