Brought in my X3M for a finicky rear carbon fiber diffuser that kept popping out and Rich took great care of me. Not only did he have the car fixed and ready before the estimated time but they did an excellent job of securing it down. Cannot reccomend enough. Another shop was estimating double. They did it for half.
JJ Auto a body is the best shop in town hands down. - The staff is great, the shop advisor that assisted me was great and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Especially when working with the insurance adjuster. - the body work is great quality, they pay close attention to detail to make sure everything matches up. -the paint work is really great can’t tell it was even painted. Smooth, shinny finish. No debris or drips. - The vehicle pick up process was smooth and quick. They have everything ready for you when you show up. Everything is presented and explained. They get you out the door quick to not inconvenience your time/day. Will definitely recommend JJ Auto Body to anyone needing work on their car.
JJ repaired my car following an accident. Replaced the front bumper, fender and other repairs related to the accident. They were professional and honest. Work was well done and completed in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone.
Update: Yes I said accidents happen but that was me being sensible. Of course I’m upset my car is damaged and I have a platform to discuss this. I’m also on clublexus, YouTube, Tripadvisor,and IG to talk about my experience instead of explaining my frustrations to the two women who were there who did not have any interaction with me during this transaction. I dealt with the gentleman who sits in the middle. He was not there when I found these things otherwise I would have had this conversation with him. I was frustrated to pay for a job, find damage, the job not complete upon arrival due to part not installed. I give thanks to the woman who said go check out the car. Otherwise I wouldn’t have found this til I got home and it would’ve been too late. I was so excited I was taking photos of the work. Scary thought to know I would’ve had to pay for wheel repair had she not said check out the car. How would I look acting on my frustration in a unsensible manner? It’s much wiser to stay calm see how it plays out and write the review. Yes, the agreement was to fix the wheel however to know the car was washed and no one said notify me it was curbed was very disappointing. Everyone has reservations about leaving their car in someone’s care so when damage occurs it breaks the trust but on my end to continue to find things of this nature is concerning. I had high expectations about your business as the reference has a solid reputation for knowing quality work around Houston. This is the second body shop to damage my car but your shop had the decency to pay for the repair. I also wasn’t charged the extra 45 bucks for fasteners from your shop after finding my rim curbed. I’m appreciative of that. The first shop damaged my car but did not own up to it. I take good care of my vehicle so it’s offense when people don’t do the same. * Who ever wrote this… You were not there when I picked up my vehicle. My badge was not in the bag otherwise why did I have to ask them where was it and why wasn’t it installed. When I was handed the bag which did not contain my TRD badge. It’s really upsetting me that you are saying my badge was in the bag when you were not there and I was taking pictures of my car while they searched for the badge. The other emblems “L” and “460” were in the bag, that is the truth but my TRD badge was missing. When it was found they said they will put the sticky stuff on and put it on the car. Furthermore someone would have to explain why the badge wasn’t installed when I picked my vehicle up. Why it is suspicious is for all badges to be in the bag and my TRD badge isn’t installed…I get handed a bag of where is my TRD badge… I have a screenshot of the message where I specified the badge to be installed. It took almost six months to make this badge and get it delivered to me. This is why I have such a reaction when you say it was in the bag when I was bewildered that it wasn’t installed when I picked the car up. I had a conversation in person about my request. Someone called to verify I wanted the badge even after our IG conversation (screenshot) invoice, and conversation in person for payment, conversation when I dropped the car off. That’s a lot of attention to that one item. I show up after being told my car was ready and it’s not installed…then you come on here and say it was in the bag is disheartening. * I did not say this was a known security feature I said the button in the glove compartment could’ve been pressed causing this. To blame this on a parts failure I can’t argue because anything can fail. * As for the joy riding the settings in that car are physical buttons. This isn’t the first time this has been suspected when I’ve dropped my car off somewhere. My car has a V8 so I understand but I’m so cool I’d rather whoever has my car just ask to take it for a run, I wouldn’t refuse. So when I dropped the car off everything was turned off, when I show up I found it on. Update July 2025: Regardless tho yall do good work. Just small problem.
Had a fender bender and decided to take my car to JJ Auto Body. Jimmy and Staff were super friendly and took excellent care of my car. Great text responses and updates. I am a perfectionist and could not find a single flaw. Took about two weeks to fix which was a little longer than I thought it would take but honestly for how good of a job and how busy they are I have no complaints. Would definitely use again and A+++++ service. Thank you again so much and if they are busy my advice is just to be patient and trust that your car will come out perfect at the end!
