My response to Rena No Ms condescending your team took my front plate when they replaced the bumper and did not put it on the new one. I noticed weeks later and when I moved to a new state. Herbert worked with me on this. I will not be calling you because you will be cursed out. Work on your customer service skills.
I have been a customer of this body shop since 2011, and I refer all my family and friends to this shop. I once took my sprinter to another shop, and it was the biggest mistake of my life. (Long story… it was only because the accident was in California. But that shop owner stole the insurance money without doing the repairs. Be careful out there and only go to reputable shops!! I’ll never make that mistake again.) The team here is incredibly honest and affordable, always providing top-notch service at a fair price. The workmanship is consistently high quality, leaving my car looking as good as new every time. I highly recommend this body shop to anyone in need of repairs or maintenance. 5 stars all the way! Turbo was an absolute gem! He did a wonderful job providing loving service to me while my vehicle was looked at. As well as Maggie who took me under my car and walked through my undercarriage to explain all of what she was seeing. I thank them so very much or making sure my car is okay and well running! They also are taking care of my bumper that I injured awhile back for a wonderful price! Ladies and gentlemen, if you need work done on your car please go here! They are super friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable! Not just Maggie and Turbo, the entire staff was and is amazing! All I can say is thank you times a million for taking care of me!
