Second time visiting here the food was great and priced for quality. Of course its popular so there is always a wait. We spent about $220 for 4 people. I ordered pot belly, garlic butter shrimp and Teriyaki rib finger meat. We liked the whole grilling experience. The dipping sauces are good too. They use quality cuts of beef . So the BAD; We “were enjoying” ourselves with the family the only bummer of the night is some drunk guest had one too many drinks and was talking profanities to us for no god given reason. And this Was even over Loud Music In the background So you know it had to be loud. I advised the guy to please be mindful and shutup and i did bring this up to staff to see if the Manager or other staff could maybe remove the guest but the girl never returned after almost finishing the meal, we cut dinner short and the drama continued outside where the person wanted to be negative and start something and i spoke to his girlfriend and reminded her that her guy was being an ass and she or his entourage should have controlled him better and i probably would have done something but unfortunately i also had just received a cell call and news my father passed at that moment so we left. Im sure it probably was a one time Thing hopefully. Anyhow i just returned after handling business back east for three weeks for my father. I like to leave good reviews for good food and with that being said its a great establishment and il Hopefully visit again. I am sure if you have a big get together its well worth it everything. Everything taste excellent.
The food and service was amazing!! Will definitely be back one day. My favorite like most others was the Hawaiian beef!
We waited what felt like forever for JJang to open so of course we had to try it on day 1. We had a great experience, Monica is the best , we tried a little of everything and love the butter topped on most of the meats, we returned again this weekend and left happy. I love that we now have a Korean BBQ near home 🥰 Our favorites were the rib eye, short ribs, cajun shrimp and calamari, And the spicy ramen soup
My wife and I went on their first night open. The menu was confusing at first and had to be explained to us. Basically, the "Regular" menu includes certain items, any or all of which you may order (meats can be ordered three at a time). The "Prime" menu consists of all the Regular choices plus 13 more (mostly seafood) choices. We never saw a drink or dessert menu while we were there, even though the drink menu is shown on their website. We're still unsure whether they serve desserts. We had contact with the hostess, two servers, a couple of busboys, and the manager. Everyone was eager to please. Food came out quickly after ordering and was quite tasty after experimenting with the grill. They did mess up our check, initially charging us for the PRIME menu even though we never ordered any of those 13 items. Our check was corrected quickly once they saw the error. The room was very loud, especially the modern pop music blasting everywhere. I would have preferred some gentle oriental sounds which would have calmed the atmosphere, but at least they didn't have any TVs. There was only a single thin paper napkin on the table when we sat down. When I asked for more, they brought ONE more, which was quickly used up. When we asked again, it took a long time but they finally brought a small stack of paper napkins. We are totally aware this was their first night in business and there are still some kinks to work out. They were very busy, as most new eateries are when first opened. But I have to comment on the AYCE (All You Can Eat) model. I don't think it's going to work in the long run. The check itemizes everything, so why not put a price on each individual item and add it up for what you actually eat?
My friends and I recently dined at JJang Korean BBQ, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish! The atmosphere is vibrant and inviting, with cozy seating and modern decor that perfectly blends traditional Korean elements with a contemporary twist. The service was top-notch; our server, Angel, was very attentive. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, greeting us with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm that made the afternoon even more enjoyable. What really stood out was the grilling experience at the table. The ventilation system is fantastic—there was barely any smoke lingering in the air, allowing us to focus on the fun of cooking our own meats without any discomfort or hazy distractions. The high-quality cuts of beef and pork were flavorful and tender, paired perfectly with the dipping sauces. Overall, JJang Korean BBQ is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Korean flavors in a welcoming environment. I'll definitely be back soon!
