Amazing service my cats under shield came off and was just dragging . I brought my car in and they took it off with no charge. They were awesome and customer service was amazing. I will definitely recommend them.

I brought my Toyota vehicle for oil changes and other fluid changes. The service is fast and the customer service is great compared to other shops I’ve been to. However, I brought my Honda vehicle here to remove some lift spacers on the front and rears but they only removed the fronts for me when I thought they were going to be removing the rears too. The front desk was adamant and told me my vehicle only had front lift spacers when I told them there were rear ones too. I think I would know. I ended up going to a different shop to get my rear lift spacers removed bc this shop didn’t believe me that my vehicle had rear lift spacers. Somewhat disappointed from this with Jk One Auto Repair.

I didn’t necessarily have an extensive repair experience but regardless, my experience was great. The front office employee was courteous from the get go. My car had a disconnected cable triggering a light, so they reattached it, drove my car and sent me on my way without a diagnostic fee. I know no other garage would provide such service. Thank you!

These guys don't just do quality work for reasonable prices, they're completely honest and transparent, and communicate every step of the way. I trusted them on more than one occasion with my daughter's Toyota and I'll use them again if needed. 100% recommended!

I cannot recommend this team enough—they are true problem solvers from the front desk to the mechanics. I brought my car in for a persistent airbag light, which I knew could be tricky, often involving complex wiring harnesses or connection issues rather than just a simple sensor replacement. They handled the initial troubleshooting and sensor replacement, but when the issue resurfaced, I dropped the car off again before heading on vacation. The communication throughout this entire process was excellent; I always felt informed about the status of the repair and the diagnosis. The true definition of exceptional service came when I returned from my trip. I was jet-lagged and feeling a bit under the weather, and I had asked the team to simply leave the car ready for me to pick up on a Saturday. They noticed my battery wasn't holding a charge well, and rather than just letting me risk not getting my car back til tuesday, they proactively placed a fully charged jump pack right in my passenger seat! That incredible thoughtfulness saved me potential stress and hassle. I truly appreciate the extensive labor they performed and the commitment to troubleshooting they showed. The value I received is outstanding—I would gladly return to this shop even if their prices went up 10%. If you want expert mechanics who genuinely care, look no further. Luckily I drive a 4runner, so I probably won't be back soon.
