I recently visited JL Patisserie, and it was a treat! The pastries are crafted with real artistry—you can tell they care about quality. I tried their croissants, and they were flaky perfection with just the right buttery richness. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the ambiance had a cozy, modern vibe. If you’re into desserts or just want a great coffee spot, definitely give them a try. I’m already planning my next visit!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100% worth the wait! JL Patisserie – A Little Taste of Paris JL Patisserie is pure magic. Flaky, buttery croissants, beautiful cakes, and perfectly balanced macarons — everything tastes as good as it looks. The cozy Parisian vibe and friendly staff make it impossible not to come back. After the Fountain Hills Arts & Craft Festival, we decided to trek 20+ minutes to JL Patisserie in Scottsdale. The place closes at 2pm, and when we arrived around 1:30pm there was still a line waiting to order. The atmosphere was simple and no-frills, and the display case was only semi-stocked with pastries. The patio tables were never wiped down, and the first one we sat at wobbled so much that your coffee would definitely spill — we had to move. Tried the chocolate croissant and the cinnamon roll — the chocolate was hard and the pastry lacked any real substance, not even close to iconic Porto’s or even Trader Joe’s. As for the cinnamon roll… let’s just say my wife makes a better one. Service was friendly but painfully slow. My wife ordered a drip coffee, and they ran out — which should never happen — and the americano they offered instead took forever. Prices were shockingly high, with the chocolate croissant more than double Porto’s, and the cinnamon roll not far behind. Overall, not worth it, and definitely won’t be back. Saluti

JL Patisserie is incredible! Everything here looks and tastes like it came straight from a bakery in Paris. We tried the chocolate pistachio croissant, their special Halloween cruffins, and the pistachio cookie, and all of them were amazing. The croissants are super flaky and buttery, and that pistachio cookie is next-level good. The pastry cases are beautiful — colorful macarons, fruit tarts, and so many creative pastries that it’s hard to choose. Everything feels fresh, high quality, and made with care. The staff was also really friendly and helpful, even with the line out the door. Just be prepared to wait for all this goodness! If you love great pastries or just want to treat yourself to something special, this place is 100% worth the stop.

JL Patisserie has been saved in my Google Maps as a place to try for months, and I finally had the chance to stop by while I was in the area during their hours of operation. Note - do make sure to check their operating hours before stopping by. This charming Scottsdale patisserie truly lives up to the hype. Staff is informative and patient, helping me choose from their beautiful selection of pastries and drinks. You can tell they take great pride in what they do, and their love for quality and craft shows in every detail. A quick tip: definitely get there early if you want the best selection! I arrived around noon and noticed that several items were already running low, which honestly isn’t surprising given how delicious everything looked. I can easily see them selling out shortly after opening, especially on weekends. Everything I tried was fresh, delicate, and absolutely delicious. JL Patisserie is worth every bit of the buzz, and I can’t wait to come back again (next time, I’ll be there when they open!). 🥐✨
