Went to John today to get a new HP battery installed. John ordered the battery beforehand and told me when it was in. John was very helpful and I enjoyed having a chat with him while he put my battery in. During this process he noticed my hinge was broken and fixed it for not charge. He told me the charge was $80.00. I am very grateful for that. He also had a look at my mouse pad as I thought there was an issue but it was fine. Amazing service. John knows his stuff. I will definitely be going back if I have any computer troubles.
