Our 3rd party accounting firm strongly recommended JM CPA Group when we felt we needed someone from the outside to review our accounting operations and procedures. After reviewing the existing roles, procedures, and systems, their recommendations were fully implemented and the results have been very impressive. By streamlining the department, and processes, we were able to cut accounting payroll by 40% and the number of items, that previously fell through the cracks, has dwindled to basically zero. After the completion of the project we continue to use them, on a high level basis, for reality checks and/or more complicated questions, on average once every three weeks.
