I came in to get my earring fixed as I spent hours trying to do it myself and couldn’t do it. Steven got it done for me in a few minutes and didn’t even ask for payment, said it was an easy fix. Incredible customer service and hearing how the other employees are dealing with the other customers in here it sounds like it’s a core value for these guys, people are well taken care of. I then met John who again has an old fashioned style of taking the time to welcome you, answer questions and show patience.
