I had a great experience with purchasing my exercise equipment at Johnson Fitness & Wellness at the Spring Branch location. My only comment is for the Fitness Consultants to properly explain and provide the necessary paperwork to customers who purchase extended warranties. For example, I had to get service on my Matrix Indoor Spin Bike and had to use the extended warranty one year after purchasing my bike. I had no idea that my extended warranty was with Safeware. I had no paperwork provided to me when I purchased the bike of what Safeware will and will not cover.

I worked with Don. He was awesome! He took his time to answer all my questions, gave me valuable advice and helped me get the home gym system that was right for me and my situation. He followed up and made sure my experience was excellent. If you’re looking for exercise equipment and need someone to give you honest, pragmatic guidance, he is the guy. I’m super excited to get my home gym set up and to start using it.

Don Johnson and the team made my experience effortless. No hassle sales, they just provided the information we needed. The delivery team took pride in craft, assembled the equipment with care and was exceptional. I would never buy equipment from anyone other than Johnson.

Johnson Fitness provides an outstanding buying and shopping experience. Don helped me understand my options for the equipment I was looking for and ultimately purchased. The Houston, Katy Freeway store has an excellent selection of new equipment and some used options as well. Don was super helpful and delivery options are very flexible. Highly recommend Johnson Fitness and Don to anyone looking to create or add in to a home gym.

Kevin was great! No pressure to sell me just anything. He listen to what I said I needed, directed me to the equipment he knew would the best per my request and got me set up for delivery the following business day. I must add that I entered the store 15 minutes before closing. Kevin still allowed me to take my time deciding on which bike to purchase, not watching the clock because it was past closing. His service and patience was excellent ! I will be going back for additional equipment when needed.
