My overall experience with Johnston Law Firm has been nothing but positive. It was the best decision I made when I called them unsure of what I was getting into. After speaking the with intake coordinator, I knew these guys were going to help me and get me through a very difficult time. Rosie and Anthony did all the heavy lifting and lifted a weight off my shoulders as I was very overwhelmed by the aftermath of being hit by a car as a pedestrian. I loved that they prioritized my health, which was very encouraging for me. They were very diligent. They always kept me in the loop, updating me every few weeks. They made sure things were easy for me to understand, answered all my questions, and really treated me with respect and kindness. I am very happy with the results and highly recommend these guys. I called Johnston Law Firm for help with a legal issue, and even though they weren’t able to take on my case, I still had a really positive experience. Megan was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful from the moment we started talking. She took the time to listen to my situation and showed genuine care and concern, which really meant a lot. She went above and beyond - rather than just turning me away, she provided me with other resources and referrals that might be a better fit for my needs which I really appreciated. Megan was great to talk to and if this is the level of service Johnston Law Firm gives to people they can’t represent, I can only imagine how well they treat their actual clients. Highly recommend!

I contacted Johnston PI law firm seeking information about the plausibility of a case in which a fire at our business property resulted from an explosion in a neighbors garage. Although in the end, this firm did not handle the type of case we were seeking representation for, their intake coordinator Elizabeth Philips, took time to closely asses the details of our situation, did research on our behalf and gave her professional recommendations. This was all free of charge and she did it knowing that her firm would not be hired for the job. This act of generosity left my partner and I feeling like this firm truly cares about their clients and has their best interest in mind. Sadly, not always the case these days. What foresight and great business. Although we won’t be using them this time, we will now have them as a referral for any of our patients seeking legal representation. Highly recomend.
