My husband rented tables and chairs for the second time from the company. The front receptionists were friendly. The chairs were good but the tables were damaged, last year the tables we got were in good condition but this year they were not the best condition. It still was useful for what we needed them. During pickup unfortunately no one was home at my parents house, the side gate to the backyard had a lock and they broke it and enter the backyard to get the tables. I don’t appreciate it because they could have waited for the tables and chairs until someone was home. I think as a professional company they should have a set a time to pick it up so we can know what time they would be there. I found the lock hidden in the corner broken, was very unprofessional how they just forced themself in.
