Paid over 200.00 for flower arrangement. Reached out via email, but didn’t hear back. Would’ve appreciated better looking roses for my mother. UPDATE: I received a missed call/voicemail from them. They sent new beautiful flowers to my Mother, thank you for making this right! I appreciate it very much.

We booked Joe’s for our wedding, and so glad we did! They are a neighborhood gem. Joe is the most pleasant character and Denise, a veteran and so good at what she does. They made the planning process SO incredibly simple- I brought pictures and told them what I liked, and they delivered! We had a change of design for the ceremony flower placements and they were able to accommodate and made it work last minute. They were prompt on the day-of the wedding and did not miss any small details. Joe and Denise, thank you both for being a part of our special day!

I hate to leave bad reviews but I learn this is the best way for others to think twice before booking someone and the owner to know and understand that quality is everything. I purchase my bouquet, boutonnières, corsages, center pieces flowers from this place for my wedding. The day of my wedding I was delivered these lifeless dead and horrible looking flowers. I was so upset because 3 weeks prior to my wedding I went out of my way to print photos so no issues arise the day of. So they knew exactly what I was asking for and there was no excuses. I guess my photos and what I asked for didn’t matter to this business. As long as you received my money you would find a way to save some money and sneak it into thinking I would not notice. What I was delivered was unacceptable and not what I asked for. I instantly called right I away and sent pictures. She still pretended as they did not look bad. Pictures don’t lie! I asked when was my bouquet made and she said yesterday and than later we spoke again and said Wednesday. So she change her story twice. Caught in a lie. The flowers that were sent to me should have of been the most beautiful fresh roses you could of picked from because 1. I paid for it! 2. This was no regular event .. this was for a WEDDING!! I could went to a local florist near me and they would looked better than what was sent to me. The quality of the roses were awful. They were brought to me in a cardboard box that looked like they were sitting in the sun for hours. There was this ugly brown stems sticking out. Even my photographer and videographer said something. They should of came in vases with water or felt fresh as if they were a fridge. Another thing I want to mention my center pieces I asked for white roses. The picture I gave you the roses were white. I wrote notes on every photo and you gave me pink. There was maybe like 1 white rose for all the center pieces. There was so many changes and what made this worse was just the quality of the flowers. In all, I think this place tries to save money in many ways and doesn’t listen to the customer needs! They are not looking at what they are selling because if they did this would never happened. Even after I called you clearly found it offensive that I said the truth. Pictures don’t lie. I will post the pictures here. What I ask for VS what I was given. The last 2 pics bride holding bouquet and the floating candles is what I asked and are from Pinterest. This is nothing personal this is business. It was bad business.

A dear friend brought me flowers for my birthday from this shop and they were absolutely beautiful (see pictures below)!! They lasted for almost two weeks and filled the entire house with a lovely fragrance. I will definitely go back and buy some flowers from this shop.

Joseph’s Florists is AMAZING!!!! I had the great pleasure of working with Denise and Joey on my wedding last September (I’m sorry it took me this long to write a review) and they exceeded all of expectations! I was nervous because flowers are a quintessential part of the wedding décor. Truth be told I wasn’t a big flower person going into my wedding, but I knew that I wanted lots of texture and color. Denise was beyond patient and extremely helpful in not only figuring out the types of flowers I really wanted but also taking my vision boards and pins on pinterest and doing a lot of research to find the exact flowers or offer alternatives if she didn’t think they went with my overall vision or were not going to be in season by the time my wedding was taking place. Denise and her team were really good at managing expectations, budgets and my mom (LoL). Denise stayed on top of me to make decisions and necessary changes. She did a really good job in making me speak up and she really listened to what I was saying and what I wanted. She was on top of every detail and really did a wonderful job of delivering on very specific details that I wanted to include in my centerpieces/bouquets/ flowers. Denise and Joey not only took into consideration EVERY detail, but they brought it ALL to life, including my peace sign wreath. I wanted everything to be perfect on my big day, and Densie and her husband were so easy to work with and relate to because they were going through the same process as they were planning their daughter’s wedding at pretty much the same time. They know exactly what they are doing and just how important every detail is. What I really liked about working with them was the honesty. As I mentioned, I didn’t know a lot about flowers except what I liked and didn’t like from pinterest. Denise and Joey were very upfront if some flowers were going to be too expensive or in their professional opinion weren’t going to be picture perfect or if there was a prettier alternative or wouldn’t hold up well or were going to be out of season. There were no surprises because Denise and Joey were honest and upfront and professional throughout the entire process and that type of service is only found in family run businesses like theirs. I’m so happy I chose Joseph’s Florists. They were super punctual with dropping off the bridal bouquets and corsages the day of my wedding and also with setting up at the venue. Nothing was missed or out of place. I still remember seeing everything for the first time and I cried. It was beyond my dreams and evoked so much emotion. The beautiful centerpieces were everything I wanted and more. The centerpiece for the welcome table was overwhelming beautiful and everything I asked for – simple, yet elegant, romantic, airy and beautiful. EVERYONE loved my flowers, I received so many compliments! Each flower was perfectly placed in each bouquet and centerpiece. I can’t say enough about Denise and Joey and the rest of their team- they were simply amazing! I will definitely be using Joseph’s Florists every event from here on out. Baby showers, anniversary parties, birthday parties, etc etc!!! Thank you so much Denise and Joey and the entire team at Joseph’s Florists- I look forward to working with you guys again and again.
