Joy Bounce house was wonderful! We stayed informed the entire time with drop off and set up times. The team was so friendly and efficient. We had a blast with the obstacle course and lots of happy kiddos = happy parents. 100 percent using Joy Bounce house again.

They are wonderful!! We rented a large bounce house with 2 slides for my daughter's birthday party only a few days before the party with a tight delivery window and they made it so easy!! It was a no fuss delivery and setup. And All the kids ages 2-10 loved it. They jumped and slid the entire time! I was so glad I had called the owner Ala, to ask for advice on which one to rent. They have an incredible number of options in every shape, size, and color! I now have this company saved and starred in my phone. I am so glad to have a fantastic go to for all my future party needs in Joy Bounce House!!

Had Joy BounceHouse set up a 2 lane bounce house slide at our toddler party. It was a big hit and everything from ordering, coordinating drop off, coordinating pickup, and communication was seamless. We'd definitely use this team again!

I cannot recommend Joy Bounce House enough! From start to finish, the experience was wonderful. They were incredibly timely and professional, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The quality of the bounce house itself was excellent — clean, sturdy, and exactly as described. What stood out most was the delivery gentleman, who truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up perfectly. He was so kind, respectful, and helpful, taking extra care to ensure the placement was just right and that we felt comfortable with everything before he left. It’s rare to come across a company that not only provides a great product, but also offers such warm and thoughtful service. We will absolutely be using Joy Bounce House again!

Joy bounce house was really wonderful to work with. Excellent communication, very punctual, and quiet and quick set up/disassembly. Highly recommend! I’ve worked with other party rental companies in the past, but this one really made an impression. I will definitely use this company again. Thanks for making my birthday boy’s party a success!
