Never going here again! $1200 to replace a pressure sensor that ended up not fixing the problem. The next mechanic I went to said wasn't even a new part. They gave me a used part and charged me full price. My new guy also said it was an easy to reach area and shouldn't have taken more than 10 min to unplug and swap out. Not sure why the labor on that was $200?!? I feel like I got royally scammed here, and want to warn others. I know there are a lot of good reviews on this place, so maybe mine was an anomaly?. Live and learn. Anyway, my new mechanic Sam at ABC Motors is awesome, so I've moved on, fortunately!
I was very happy with the customer service at JR Automotive. Even though the work they did was fairly straightforward, I really enjoyed their customer service and they were easy to work with. I had called 2 or 3 places looking for an estimate for some work and they were the only ones who got back to me. Work was completed on time and they were also fairly inexpensive.
Octavio is a super nice and knowledgeable guy who quickly diagnosed and fixed my Nissan Pathfinder at a very reasonable price. It’s hard to find someone to trust but I think I found the right place. This will be my auto repair shop from now on.
Took care of a part warranty-type issue with great service and communication. I was out the door pretty quickly. These guys are straight shooters!
Octavio provided excellent customer service and the best rate I could find within the neighborhood. The mechanics at JR were professional and completed the repair on time. Overall communication was prompt and courteous. I've been there in the past and had a good, reliable experience then as well. I would recommend JR for auto repair.
