Each communication was responded to promptly, the timeline given for drafted translated document was met as well as adjustments and feedback on readability all adjusted in a very timely manner. Very thankful I consulted with them and chose their service for my client. Will definitely use again!

I was burned by a different translation service and needed expedited translation service in time for a visa appointment. JR was available by telephone where I explained my time problem, then responded very quickly to my email, clearly stated how fast it could deliver, provided an invoice by email with a convenient link for payment, AND DELIVERED THE TRANSLATION WITHIN ONE HOUR AS PER ITS COMMITMENT. 5 stars for a perfect performance for a reasonable price.
