WOW! After reading the reviews I am glad my situation stopped where it did. I emailed J's Party Rental, the reply from Jo Ann was very quick, the next day to be exact. She stated in the emails that they could accommodate my party 100% percent and even at a great price especially because it turns out the venue is literally next door to their warehouse. I could throw everything on my back if I was strong enough! I thought ok let's close this deal! She said OK, please keep an eye out for the invoice, it has been 2.5 weeks this Friday will make it 3, still no invoice. I tried calling and emailing her telling her I would like to pay for it in full because the party is at the end of month...NADA. Now I see the reviews.... Jo Ann has a habitual ghosting problem. WHY?! but then to read someone paid and they got a no show on the rentals......NO THANKS! unprofessional 100%
Rented a tent , tables, chairs and bar tops. I failed to confirm via email. Thankfully I called the day of the party to ask for a delivery time and I was told “ we haven’t received your confirmation so we didn’t pack the truck”. These people went back to the warehouse after all their deliveries and had my tent and tables set up that evening. Will definitely use Js party rentals for all of our needs. Thank you Henry for ensuring we had a great party!
To say that it's bad enough that we're dealing with this Covid-19 Pandemic, our kids that had to miss out on their senior year. No prom, no senior skip day no graduation, no graduation parties. We planned on a very small get together with close family to celebrate my daughter senior graduation. We found J's Party rental online so I called them up and spoke to JoAnn, I ordered a few tables and chairs from her.She took my order, sent me an invoice for my order. On it has all my information, along with the delivery date with estimated time of delivery. My event was going to take place on a Sunday, I was supposed to get my chairs and tables on Saturday, between 9am-4pm, well, I never received them. I called them, no answer. Sunday same thing...NO ONE ever showed up with my order..needles to say, my event still took place but with no tables or chairs . And to this day, no one from this company has returned my calls.. I Strongly recommend that you do not use this company..
The service was great. I called ahead for chairs and tables way ahead of time but the week of, I realized it was going to rain the day of my event. I called them up for a tent and they had one available. Saved the day. Showed up in the morning for both pick up and delivery. The wood folding chairs were a big hit and very comfy, totally suggest getting those if they are in your budget. They didn't leave without showing us the trick to opening them, so we were sure not to break them. Really appreciated that. Great experience.
I needed tables last minute for Thanksgiving last November, and by last minute I mean the day before. I just caught them before they were finishing up for the day and said if I could make it they'd help me out. To top it off, I was going semi-back and forth about how many tables I wanted. What I said I wanted on the phone didn't amount to what I actually needed but that didn't phase them. Wonderful customer service, very easy to work with, and professional. I learned my lesson about last-minute and am planning ahead for my son's upcoming birthday party. I didn't remember their name right away but I took the time to find out who they were so I could use them again. I've used 2 other rental companies before and they were just OK. With one of them their chair felt like you sunk in and it felt awkward sitting at the table. Their tables also looked pretty beat up. I guess it doesn't matter too much since most of us use table covers but it shows their pride in their business. With J'sParty Rentals everything felt sturdy and clean - just how tables & chairs should be.
