First visit was great. Subsequent visits I’ve had to reach out to the technician to find out when he’d be here. Today, I was billed for service when he NEVER came. We have security cameras, definitely did not come here. I called the office to be told he says he was let in through the garage and states you have 5 dogs. No one has been in our home today and we do not have 5 dogs.

He offers excellent customer service and education on every part of your home where pests like to reside, eat and protect themselves. Corey is amazing. Very consistent and thorough in confirming availability and taking good care of my home. He is considerate of my puppy and children while spraying. Friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable service. Loyal customer for 3 years and counting. JS rid one condo of ants and one house of spiders. I will be using their service in my next home and my forever home when I buy one.

I had a great experience today with Miguel. He called and asked if he could come a little earlier because he was ahead of schedule which helped me with my scheduled! He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Their rates are competitive and fair. They were also able to come out next day from when I called which I was extremely grateful for! Thank you!
