I heard about this spa from ClassPass and signed up for a customized facial with Danielle. I was greeted at the door and served spa water (electrolytes, juice and other ingredients) before going in for the facial. She started by cleansing my face and looking at it under a bright light, talking to me about my concerns and what I hope to accomplish. She then tailored the facial to include several masks, washes and serums/toners that would match my goals for the facial. I made conversation with Danielle during the facial but was also given the opportunity to relax in silence. It was a beautiful, clean, relaxing environment. I purchased a face wash afterwards and am considering coming back! Danielle answered all of my questions regarding products, my skincare routine, preventative maintenance, etc.

Jenna is absolutely amazing, she is a profesional when it comes to facials, eye lashes, eye brows, and all type of skin care routines. So you can book all your needs in the same place. I am so happy I found her! and

I had the best experience with Jena and can’t recommend her enough! She did a brow tint and lamination, a lash tint and lift, and a light therapy treatment for me, and I left feeling completely refreshed and put together. My brows and lashes have never looked better, and the light therapy gave my skin such a healthy glow. Throughout the whole appointment she explained what she was doing, made sure I was comfortable, and paid such close attention to detail. What stood out most was how personalized everything felt. Jena took the time to look at my skin and recommend products that would actually work with my skin type, without ever making me feel pressured. It’s so clear she really cares about her clients and wants them to leave not only looking good but also feeling confident about their routines at home. Between her skill, knowledge, and warm personality, I felt completely taken care of the entire time. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly. Jena has truly created a spa experience that feels both professional and welcoming.

I went to J’Tao for my first ever lash lift and it was truly such a wonderful experience. I left feeling so rejuvenated and my lashes look amazing!! Jena was so kind and cool from the very first interaction, she gave me some lovely spa water while I waited for my appointment. I ended up adding an LED treatment while my lashes were setting. She had super cool, vibey music playing, the whole atmosphere was so relaxing and chill. She did a sound bath too!! It was awesome! She was lovely to talk to as well, and extremely knowledgeable and professional, walking me through the whole process. She gave me some samples of products and wrote out a little skin regime for me for the rest of the week so I can look fresh before my wedding next week!! And the prices are incredibly reasonable for the amazing service she provides. So happy I discovered J’Tao and I will 100% be going back for all my beauty treatments in the future!!

Jena is amazing! She's been able to do different looks with the lashes that worked well with different events I've had. And her goal of perfection and making me look my best before leaving her each visit is always so nice of her to do. If you're lucky enough to get an appointment, be sure to get Jena to do glitter lashes!
