Great place! Clean, fun, and well organized. The staff were friendly and the kids had a great time. Definitely recommend it for families.

The front staff was ok. Didn't really know where to go or anything had to ask. Thankfully. First time here you know. Kids r kids some rude some nice then some put hands... staff around are around but not 24/7 paying attention. Some are using phones, or just talking to one another. Some stations were closed but open after awhile. At the end it was a pretty cool place to bring kids but they need more variety for parents lol food options drinks. Chuckee cheese has options like that but it would be nice to have that here too, just to chill while kids have fun. I dont want to go back to that mouse lol 😆

I wouldn’t recommend this, the service was rude. They don’t post any food policies and didn’t put a sign out until after we’d been here for 2 hours no outside food or drink. They said we could bring small snacks. Another group brought in ice cream and they didn’t say anything but told us to take our small cake out. We just got enough for him and his buddy to celebrate his birthday but we had to take it and have the cake in our car. Their pizza they offer is from a vending machine and was broken. Don’t waste your time here. Most companies apologize for service and reach out on how to do better. Instead they show how rude they are in their reply justifying my review. I used no profanity in letting the worker know if they are enforcing a ‘rule’ to also be consistent in the group next to us with full cups of ice cream. Instead they sit at the desk on their cell phones with children around. They want a place with kids and this is what they offer for food besides chips and small selection of drinks.
