Super time today @ J.J. My daughter had her 6th Birthday Party & she had a blast. Stress free venue & we were looked after brilliantly by Jack & Evie. Thank you guys for a fun & memorable party 😊👌❤️
Our daughters 8th birthday was a LazerJam party Sat 10th January. I was fantastic, booking the event was easy on the website, adding extras for the kids (including our own) who wouldn't eat hotdogs. The pizza in Jumpjam is delicious anyway, it was definitely a hit. Iona was our host, she checked us in seamlessly and got us settled into the room. We did have a little issue with the room sound system where the plug socket wasn't working so the unit wasn't charged, but Iona sorted it out and got the room pumping! The kids enjoyed LazerJam, the food and ice-cream were a hit. Thanks Jumpjam, for a low stress but very much enjoyed birthday party.
I visited Jump Jam with my grandson, and in the café area where Tia Ward was working. She was incredibly helpful from the start, patient, friendly, and really attentive to what my grandson needed. It was his first time ordering something on his own, and she made the whole moment special for him by talking to him gently and helping him choose something he’d like without rushing him. The café was clean, well-organised, and a nice break from all the excitement. Jump Jam as a whole is amazing for kids, but having someone like Tia in the café really adds to the experience. We left with a very happy grandson and will definitely be returning.
Tia Ward I had a wonderful experience thanks to Tia, who served me. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely warm throughout my visit. Her friendly smile and positive energy made me feel very welcome. Tia made sure I had everything I needed and checked in at just the right moments. Her service was truly exceptional, and she turned a simple meal into a lovely experience. Thank you, Tia — you’re amazing at what you do! 💖
Amazing place and both my boys thoroughly enjoyed it - so much to do including riding the bull, climbing the wall, loads of trampolines, the thing that rotates and the kids have to jump over, basketball hoops etc. I've taken 2 stars off because at the top of the highest run-up ramp is something like a 15-foot (can't be sure as no measuring tools on me but I think I'm about right) drop with only a bit of netting to the side of it. I'm guessing you've had people in to regulate safety but this is massively dangerous to me - all it takes is for a child to misplace their footing or fall at a slight angle and they are potentially going over. It's not the smaller ramp that's the issue but the larger one to the side of it. I only noticed this after my boy got to the top of the big one and shouted for me to take a photo of him. I then realised how dangerous it was and told him to just use smaller one. It didn't affect our visit as I told my boys to just use the smaller ramp, but going forward, for safety, I would absolutely put some padding or something at the bottom of this just for peace of mind. Without this issue, it would have been a 5 🙂. I'm not the only parent who commented on this. Thanks for the reply - I understand that if they fell directly forward, they would fall onto the curve of the ramp. I'm saying rather if they fell at say a 45° angle outwards from the top which would take them over the edge/just down and not onto the curve, or if kids were messing about and one accidentally nudged the other. I think some padding would be a good idea. But your reply is reassuring and thank you for getting back to me. I've added a further star due to this. We will visit again (although maybe not go on ramp) 🙂 🙂
