I have been a member of Jumping Jellybeans for about 1 year because my son truly loves it. That’s why I recently renewed my membership and paid over $315 upfront for a full year. Unfortunately, shortly after renewing, their hours changed significantly, and it now feels like I paid for access I can barely use. They used to be open until 7 PM, which made visits after work possible. Now they close at 5 PM on weekdays, which is not realistic for working parents. “Member hours” on Tuesdays and Thursdays have also become inconsistent, and this week they weren’t even honored. On top of that, weekends are frequently booked for private parties, leaving little to no availability for regular members. There have also been multiple instances where their listed weekend hours showed they were open, and we drove there only to find the business closed. When I called to notify them of the discrepancy, they did not take responsibility and instead stated that Google hours can be changed by anyone. Regardless of the reason, accurate hours are the business’s responsibility, especially for paying members. If they are choosing to operate limited hours, a later schedule (such as 11 AM–7 PM) would at least allow working families to attend. Even the Collierville location is open until 7 PM on weekdays, which makes this change even more frustrating and difficult to understand. The current schedule effectively excludes a large portion of paying members. I want to be clear that this is a place my toddler genuinely enjoys, which is why this situation is so disappointing. However, paying hundreds of dollars for a membership that is now extremely difficult to use feels unfair. At this point, the membership is no longer practical for working parents and does not provide the value that was originally advertised. Given these changes occurred immediately after renewal, I would expect some form of resolution. Whether that be a partial refund, membership extension, or adjustment to better reflect the reduced access. Without that, it is difficult to justify continuing this membership.

We had such a great experience at Jumpin’ Jellybeans Boutique Play Space in Southaven! I brought my two toddlers and they had the best time exploring everything. The ball pit and climbing equipment kept them busy and happy the whole visit. They especially loved the dress-up area and the adorable Easter selfie station, which was such a cute touch and perfect for pictures! It’s clearly designed with little ones in mind and felt very clean and safe. And as a bonus for moms, there was coffee available while the kids played, which made the visit even better. It’s the perfect place to let toddlers burn off some energy while parents can relax a bit. We will definitely be back!

This was a wonderful play experience for my 2 1/2 year old grandson! The facility was clean, safe, and full of things for the children to explore and play. We will definitely be back! Edited to add: this is our 2nd time to come and it's as good or better than before! Staff is SO kind and friendly.

I recently had my daughter’s first birthday party there and let me just say my experience was a 10/10. The staff was very nice and helpful and made it so easy for me to just relax and enjoy the party. I also would love to give a special thanks to Shelby. It was her first party of the day and she was so sweet and helpful. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to host a party or any type of event for kids.
