very easy to book. easy to get in touch with. the bounce house we originally booked was not available due to a rip in the netting & they gave us a bigger one at no extra charge. my kids & their friends had a blast! 10/10 would book with them again

We rented a bounce house, tables, and chairs from this company for a kids’ party, and unfortunately, the experience was pretty disappointing. When they arrived, they spent quite a while cleaning the bounce house on site, which already made me question how well it had been maintained. During the party, the bounce house completely deflated — in which we found a hole that had been patched up with duct tape. That damage was never mentioned to us beforehand, and it caused the whole thing to go down in the middle of the event. The blower tie also came loose as soon as the unit deflated, which made it clear that the setup wasn’t secure from the start. The chairs we received were not the same ones pictured on their website, and the tables were dirty underneath — we had to wipe them down before using them. When I reached out about the issues, the company decided not to offer any refund or partial credit, even though the bounce house couldn’t be used properly and the setup wasn’t as advertised. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I feel it’s important for other parents to know what to expect. I’d suggest double-checking everything before your event and making sure the equipment is safe and in good condition.

We ordered their 5ft marquee letters for our wedding on 06.14 and they are stunning! they lit up the whole ballroom and everyone loved them. Delivery was fast, clean and very professional and we look forward to ordering these again for our next event. Thank you Jumping Party Bounce House team!
