Can’t even have a normal day here. Workers did nothing about a fight that happened. All they did was record. Wish I could give this place 0 stars.

The worst service ever! No one was anywhere and the lady at the front had an attitude

My kids had a lot of fun here, which is why I’m giving it two stars instead of one. But this place stinks as soon as you walk in, all of the areas are VERY stained and dirty/grimy, it was extremely hot, the bumper cars were broken, many arcade games are broken, and the go kart area is tiny. It’s extremely overpriced for how dirty and unmaintained it is. One positive is that the staff was very friendly.

Was nice cleaning perfect for children since they lime to jump. Chicken tenders are great. Good atmosphere

The kids have fun, counter workers could use some skills in working with people. We’ve been paying for a membership here that includes a “parent pass” so our daughter can enjoy the park with one of us. I’m the one who signed up, but nowhere during the signup process or in the membership details does it clearly state that the parent pass is restricted to only the named adult on the account. Today, my husband took our daughter and was told he couldn’t jump with her because the membership is in my name. That was really frustrating and honestly doesn’t make sense—especially since the pass is labeled “parent pass,” not “named individual only.” For families, it’s pretty normal for either parent to take their child depending on schedules. If this is truly the policy, it needs to be clearly communicated upfront before people sign up. As it stands, it feels misleading and inconvenient for families who are just trying to use a membership they’re paying for. We’ve otherwise enjoyed coming here, but this experience definitely put a damper on things. I’d really encourage management to either clarify the policy or make the parent pass more flexible for immediate family members.
