I did my son’s 8th birthday party here and he had a blast. His favorite was the go carts so we will definitely be coming back soon. Jenny was our party host and she was so helpful with everything and so nice. And everything was pretty clean here.
Hosted my child’s 9th birthday for 10 kids. I’m sure the kids had a total blast! For me I felt a bit rushed. I ordered 2 extra pizzas and the pizzas were like 10-15min delayed making me rush everything and cutting the cake. When time was up I was trying to rush to clean up but the manager kept pressuring the girl helping me with the party for me to pay. The price was up there but that’s because I got extra food. Other than that I’m happy the kids had a blast here.
We recently celebrated my baby's boy birthday here and it was a fantastic experience! Everything was set up on time and looked perfect when we arrived. Our host was super nice, attentive, and did an amazing job making sure everything ran smoothly.
Got the 20 jumper party package. Everything went well. Clean, food was hot, drinks were cold. The only complaint is I wish they'd include water for the kids/jumpers being that the package is $500 +tax. Also maybe an extra 15min for the kids to get situated and eat. It's hard to get 20 kids together to sit down and eat when they are all over the place. So 15 extra minutes would've been great. Other than that. Our host was great, very sweet young lady and very helpful.
Not maintained great and less activities for kids 2 to 5 years old. Many arcade machined are either broken or not working. Also the trampolines doesn't have different options. Mostly popular for celebrating kids birthday parties which is a good option for parents. They provide you a table and staff to help in birthdays. You can get snacky food for kids and parents.
