This is my 4th time using them. All the other times I had no issues but this time was bad. The waterslide it self was a lot of fun but everything else has not been. I had to assist the crew in setting up and taking down due to one guy becoming sick and then when they came to pick up he really didn’t put much effort into helping. To top it off everyone who played in the water slide is now sick and/or has pink eye. I emailed the owner and no response. All the kids playing were family and none had prior symptoms. I will be looking elsewhere next year. Sad day 😔

Rented a Spiderman jump house months in advance, no issues with delivery, setup, or pick up. They used some kind of cleaner that made my sons face break out in hives and swell up. When the pick-up person came, he said it happened to another family too. He called his boss who was dismissive and said" it's non-toxic! It can't do that!" He clearly doesn't know the difference between non-toxic and hypoallergenic. Will never use them again and will be telling everyone to use anybody else. Didn't even try to mediate or remedy the situation. Unprofessional and disrespectful.

The only inflatable outdoor (or made indoor) party supply rental company to go with in Tucson! They have always been early or on time, the slides are always the cleanest, and the staff is always so accommodating and professional. We have used Jumpmaxx for birthday parties all the way up to an amazing full parking lot lined with all his best stuff for a huge outreach event. I cannot recommend this company enough!!!

A lot of miscommunication, I like the variety and quality of the jumping castles. It took me a few tries to get ahold of someone to rent a Spiderman jumping castle. I finally got a response, and I was quoted $170 with a generator included. I'm proactive, so I did this a month or two before my event to make sure there was availability for the jumping castle I needed. A confirmation email would have been appreciated as well, to know that it is booked. A courtesy call to confirm the address, time and if a generator was needed before the event would of been appreciated, when the guy came to deliver he came without a generator, had to leave and go get the generator because one was needed. I don't know if I got charged extra because he had to go get it, but I was charged a different price than what I was quoted.

We rented a bounce house today from jumpmaxx for a 5-year-old's birthday. The rental was for the backyard, not a park. The price was excellent and the bounce house was in great quality. Delivery was early and pick up was late which was totally fine for our family. I would absolutely rent from jumpmaxx again! Thanks for making our party great!
