Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Text and calls informing me of arrival and Techs name so I knew who would be arriving. Friendly and on time. Porter arrived with a smile, presentable clean cut and a handshake… I had explained concerns before he arrived… as I walked him through he was very informative, knowledgeable and honest with discovery of issues. He e mailed a complete “findings” report and estimate with in minutes. “10” out of “10” recommendation… prompt return call, on time, friendly/approachable, knowledgeable and to the point! Shower handle would not shut off water despite my husbands valiant attempt at fixing it. Called Robert and he was at the house within 20 minutes, fixed in just a few. He even fixed the shower head to have more spraying power. Wonderful service
