Just got home from a bus trip to Cherokee. Had a great time with my friends. Junket tours never communicated with me that they did not have a room for me. I had to call them. They knew in advance two weeks before but never contacted me. In order for me to go with my friends I had to stay in a room with three others I knew two women and a man. Very uncomfortable. I am a diamond plus. They laughed in my face about it. Instead of an apology for my not getting my own room, they thought it was funny. I will never travel with them again. I suggest the same for others!

Very dated. Carpet stained. One small trash can for the entire room. Not a normal Courtyard.
