Just got home from a bus trip to Cherokee. Had a great time with my friends. Junket tours never communicated with me that they did not have a room for me. I had to call them. They knew in advance two weeks before but never contacted me. In order for me to go with my friends I had to stay in a room with three others I knew two women and a man. Very uncomfortable. I am a diamond plus. They laughed in my face about it. Instead of an apology for my not getting my own room, they thought it was funny. I will never travel with them again. I suggest the same for others!

Have called these great people for years and have never had a bad experience. They are true pros who look after your needs with care and precision. They always go the extra mile for their clients. Love these folks.

Very dated. Carpet stained. One small trash can for the entire room. Not a normal Courtyard.
