Can’t tell you how pleasant it was to have a live person answer the phone, give an accurate quote over the phone and respond with the truck within 24hrs. The 2 guys who handled our junk were incredibly professional and displayed an amazing work ethic. Would absolutely recommend to everyone needing help cleaning up!

I’m glad I found JunkMates. I called them with a pile of junk that I needed to get rid of after moving out of my old place. JunkMates was able to schedule me with same-day service. Within just a few hours of my call, a professional and friendly crew arrived on schedule and hauled everything away in minutes. I saved myself a day of running around trying to find places to bring e-waste, scrap metal, and a truckload of other random household goods to discard or safely recycle. Moving is stressful enough, but these guys made at least one part easy. Highly recommend!

Clark and his team were awesome! I literally called them at 8:45pm Saturday night, and they came out Sunday morning to clear out a bunch of stuff. They were super professional and did great work, all for a fair price. I would 100% recommend them!!!!

Talk about fast loading of the truck excellent! The two gentleman were courteous and pleasant. We did have a delay of 1.5 hour delay from the agreed upon arrival time. Overall happy with the results and the ease of payment system
