We recently worked with Nick and his team for a VIP business lunch hosted at a private residence, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The food was excellent and received glowing feedback from every guest. Both the host and I were extremely impressed with the quality, presentation, and service. As an event manager, I can confidently say this is a dream team vendor. They were incredibly organized, attentive, and communicative throughout the entire process, which made the event completely stress free. I never once felt concerned about the outcome, and everything ran seamlessly. I would absolutely work with them again and highly recommend them for any level event.

Amazing experience! Nicholas made everything easy when preparing the event, and Erika and Vanessa were amazing on the day of the gathering. Totally recommend, it’s a pleasure to work with people who have such a good disposition to get things done

We loved working with Nicholas and his team. He swooped in when our plans needed to change quickly and was professional and reassuring from the jump. All of the food was artfully presented and tasted incredible, especially the bao buns, they were a huge hit with our guests! I only have GREAT words for Just a Nibble NYC. We work with Just a Nibble NYC for every event we host, and we host many. They are ALWAYS there for what we need. No matter what the request is. They are solution providers and SUPERB hosting, catering, and service company. I recommend Just a Nibble NYC for ALL your hosting event needs. We hosted a fantastic seasonal cocktail party with the help of Nick and his wonderful team. The planning was seamless as was the set up the night of the event. The hors d'oeuvre display was as beautiful as it was delicious. The bartender and server were both very friendly and professional and attentive. I would hire Nick for my next event without hesitation!
