Judge people much owners! If I could make this 1 star I would. I went in today to purchase something and the male shop assistant (with a fake knife headband over his head) approached a group of 3 Marist school boys who were happily shopping for costumes. He asked if they needed help to which they politely replied what they were looking for. He pointed them in the direction of what they were after then as he walked away he said "By the way boys, there are cameras filming everywhere." I couldn't believe he would make such a remark to 3 boys just happily shopping doing nothing wrong. The boys looked just as surprised and as one of them said quietly to his friends as the man walked away "Like we would steal something when we are dressed in full Marist uniform!" The purchases I had in mind I put back there was no way I was buying something from a store where staff were that rude and assumptive. If that had been my son being targeted I would have been even more disgusted than I was. I will never go back to this store and would not recommend it to anyone else.

Marita was helpful, pleasant and efficient. She went out of her way to help with finding a Harry Potter balloon and had it delivered to hospital in an hour . She also sent me a photo and made sure address was correct. Highly recommend.

Amazing service! I was needing a costume and they were so kind and ordered one in for me and got it delivered to my address!!! It arrived in 2 days!!!! Highly recommend! They have such amazing outfits and are so lovely to chat to!!

Absolutely packed with wonderful stuff. The manager was quick, very friendly and able to creatively advise across all the thousands of brightly coloured things in her shop. Covid safe, well priced. I even found what I wanted: serviettes marked up for my 90 year old special person. All the children had that kind of awestruck look. Great shop. Highly recommended.
