Amazing bike shop! The repair service is always high quality, fast, and affordable. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they really know what they’re doing. I placed a special order for an Aventon Pace 4 e-bike with Mr. Juan. Customer service throughout the process was excellent; Mr. Juan called me with updates and left voice mail when I was unable to take the call, which I appreciate. This is the second bike I purchase from this shop. I have always had a great experience with everyone who works here. My visit was a great experience. The owner was able to put two new tires and tubes on a bike I borrowed from a friend. I'm from Ohio and needed to bring this bike back to life so that I could ride on the beach while in California. He was very cordial, and professional. He also completed the job in no time. Just Ride is the "BEST"!!

Great store! Has everything you can think of. I came in to get my bike tuned up (said bike has since been stolen 😭 so I guess I’ll be back soon to buy a new bike). They did an amazing job on my bike! They cleaned it and fixed it up. I couldn’t be happier with the service here! They were able to answer any questions I had and explained everything they did during the tune up. I’ll definitely be back!

We popped in on a whim to look at Bromptons for an upcoming international bike tour. The staff was so helpful letting us try out different bikes, talking us through our options, giving us tips based on their own travel, and ordering whatever we needed that they didn’t have in stock. We are thrilled with our purchases and had a fabulous time on our tour.
