I've been using them for a few years now and have always been happy with their service. They do a great job on the lawn and are able to get it done very quickly. When I've had questions for them they've been helpful. They even weed-eat the weeds that sometimes grow between the paver stones in the patio in back.
The absolute GREATEST team a homeowner could ask for! John and Noah are always punctual always respectful and do an immaculate job with our lawn. Our lawn was infested with crab grass and weeds knee high and within a month our lawn is the best in our neighborhood. We get complements all the time. I've been a customer of Just Right Lawns for quite some time now, and their "just right plan" truly lives up to its name! I’m currently a resident and receive my services here in Irving, TX. From the very beginning, I've been impressed with their professionalism and the consistently wonderful job they do maintaining my lawn. The team at Just Right Lawns is reliable, efficient, and clearly takes pride in their work. My lawn always looks meticulously cared for after their service , the mowing is precise, the edges are crisp, and they always leave my property looking neat and tidy. I am the husband of Whitman Howard who left a 1 star review here earlier. Please read it to see our previous incidents with this company. After the initial incidents he talked about, Just Right Lawns offered a complementary service with the promise that the would not touch our fences or pumpkins and do the job right. We gave them one more chance. When we heard they were in back yard, my husband went out to go watch them to make sure they kept their promise. By the time he got out there though it was too late. They tore up the pumpkins even worse than before, flowers and all. Naturally my husband was angry with the guy. Sue, the Just Right Lawn spokesperson my husband talked to, claimed that the area manager had been informed of our issues and told his team to take care. However this guy in our backyard claimed to not have been told anything about the property. After a verbal dispute, he told me husband to "cut his own lawn", promptly got the rest of the crew together, and left the job less than half done. And the part that was done was done poorly at that. They never told their people to be careful. They never told them anything at all. I don't know who they are hiring to mow lawns for them, but Just Right Lawns clearly doesn't care to communicate their customers problems with them. If you hire this company, you better hope that your lawn is simple enough for them to understand because their employees lack common sense not to cut flowers and fruits and will actively hide damage that they do to your yard or house. They also will not take steps to correct mistakes or be careful in the future. My husband and I have never hired a more incompetent lawn care service. They are even less adept at their job than the neighborhood kid we hired last year.
We have asked this company to mow our front and back lawn 3 times. In those 3 times they have destroyed our garden fences, tore up our pumpkins, and cut the power cord for our water softener. They never once informed us of The damage they caused and left it for me and my wife to discover. The damage and cost they have incurred is ridiculous and I am the fool for giving them more chances after the first one. They clearly put no care into their work and you can expect the same level of care with your things too. If you hire this company make sure you watch them like a hawk because they are in sore need of babysitting.
