It was my boyfriend’s, our daughter’s, and my first time getting new tires, and Bruce made the whole experience so easy. He was incredibly professional and even helped keep our daughter entertained while we waited. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

I got all brand new tires plus repairs yesterday with a 3 year warranty, for over $1400 drove all day today and my tire pressure system kept going on and off all day. (Which should not have happened after getting all new tires!) Drove five hours in traffic. Did my best to get back to “just tires,” in time, 10 minutes before they closed and found a huge gouge in my front right tire and the salesperson “Cheryl Ponte-Fritz,” at the customer service desk was very rude and unprofessional. She tried to charge me $200 for a new tire when I have a three year warranty, yelling at me about her plans making it personal and not professional about the business. She tried to make me come back in the morning, but I have a class tomorrow in the town of Tracy where I have to drive another five hours, which is why I tried to rush there before they closed! This was an emergency. (I needed their help!) I did everything I could to get there on time but she could care less that I have an emergency and my tire system is all over the place and I have a hole in my right tire. She basically said forget you, come back a different day. She was really good at taking my money $$$ for sales, but she was very rude about helping me out with my emergency, refusing to help, just so she could go home! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER, ONLY ABOUT THEMSELVES!! Why would want to ever come back there?! They gave me dirty ugly tires with yellow dried gunk all over them, whenever I expected something new looking, as in shiny new black tires which is what I paid for but got the ugly gunky ones instead! As if they were just trying to get rid of them on someone and I was the culprit! I hate this place, I am never going back!!! Is this an automated reply? You sound like a robot!

I booked an appointment online with JustTire yesterday for a 10:00 AM oil change. I arrived five minutes early and handed over my car. By 10:45, I noticed that no one had even moved my car from the parking lot. I had to follow up myself, and about 10 minutes later, they finally told me they didn’t have time to do the job as all their racks were full. I said I had an appointment and asked why they didn’t respect their customers’ time. In the end, they basically told me to go somewhere else if I wanted the work done. I’ll be writing a review to explain all of this, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. This was my last time dealing with JustTire.

Cheryl was incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. She took the time to provide me with clear options for new tires, brakes, and alignment, and made sure I understood each one. Her willingness to go above and beyond made the experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Just Tires—and especially working with Cheryl Ponte-Ritz—to all my friends and family for their car service needs!
