Car wash services were decent but nothing spectacular. Asked to cancel my membership, they gave me this piece of paper and said to call the highlighted number, saying it may not be available since its christmas eve. I parked went inside and was able to cancel in less than 2 minutes. Lost the last bit of respect for not making that an option in the first place.
The car wash manager and the detailing manager are two of the best customer service representatives I’ve ever encountered. We as a society deal with so many people especially in customer service and most customer service in most businesses doesn’t come close to the level of care and understanding these managers have. These guys deserve a raise and most definitely are not replaceable. They bring real service to people here. I highly recommend this establishment because of this alone, let alone the fact that the employees here are all doing quality work. I will most definitely come back .
This location is one of the better ones. I’m giving this review out of the sheer difference in my experience at another Classic. Avoid the Campbell location. They will do a measly vacuum that I could’ve done myself when you’re paying a premium so they do a better job. Then they will gaslight you into thinking it’s okay or that you’re being overly critical. The experience I had at the Almaden location was a complete 180. To the point I felt the need to leave reviews. They actually took the time to properly vacuum my car. The biggest thing was my cup holders which I paid to be cleaned, the Campbell location wasn’t able to clean them and told me I would need a full detail. At the time, while upset, I accept that explanation. They FULLY cleaned them at the Almaden location!! After my full service wash, a kind gentleman by the name of Jorge walked through my car with and was willing to answer any questions and listen to my story. He was so helpful and said they would re-wash and re-vacuum if they noticed the first time was unsatisfactory without even telling the customer. That attention to detail is what you’re paying for with these kinds of services. I had gotten a monthly membership and cancelled it before going to the Almaden one but I will be renewing and only going to this one!
Premium price for a sub par service. $60 for a vacuum and a wash. In that time they tried to upsell me on a detailed wax on a brand new vehicle. The car still came out dirty. I asked them to do it again and then they didn’t properly dry it off.
I had a very disappointing experience at this car wash. I paid $54 and even gave a tip in advance, expecting professional service. But the cleaning was rushed and careless: Trunk areas were left dirty — as shown in my photos. Water was not dried properly, especially around the windshield and inside areas — still wet and messy. Corners and trims weren’t cleaned at all. The team barely spent time on the job, yet charged a premium price.
