Expensive, full service car wash does not mean they are going to wipe and clean your seats or door insides. For 55$ plus tips I expect a clean car. I am not expecting detailed service but for this price I can expect more than just exterior cleaning and interior light vaccum and “dusting”

Everyone is so kind, so I feel awful for leaving a poor review, but for the price, I feel like I should at least get my interior doors wiped down. I've tried coming at different times, because I used to come when they were already busy, so I came when they were not busy, and still ... :// I've been coming for about 3 years, and the quality has gone down but the price has gone up. I'm sorry to leave the review, I just hope maybe we can spread word to at least wipe shoe scuffs off the doors, ya know?

First and last time going here. Got the lava exterior only. When complete the car was still covered in dirt and dead bugs. I told the attendant that the windshield was still dirty since they have a sign that says “if you are not satisfied with the service lets us know” He said that only applies to the full service and waved me off. When I got home I discovered blue paint on my red car that likely came from the automatic car wash mechanism.

Ver disappointing experience! came for a basic car wash and vacuum on a monday afternoon and hence no wait time. Paid 54$ and a 7$ tip in advance. Car was not dried out properly.Trunk was not cleaned even a little bit!! Update: After a detailed response by the owner in the comment below, sent an email to the below mentioned email address with my concerns. Waited for a week to see if they would come up with a resolution as they stated in the comment. 6 days after sending an email, no response! pathetic!! looks like the owner or who ever is just responding on all comments just to show they are resolving issues but in reality they are not! Note: There is no option to reply on the comment from the owner and updating the review here
