If I could give a negative number I would. The most unprofessional, incompetent, ignorant staff I've ever seen. I take my Aunt's truck to get a tire patched, they tell me it will be $35 and about an hour. These clowns come back 1.5hrs later saying they can't fix the tire. I was sitting inside the Just Tires and nobody said anything to me. Do not waste your time or money with this clown show.

Chris and Brandon is amazing and professional! Parking lot was packed and they still were able to services my vehicle, everyone in the waiting room was just happy and laughing great atmosphere

Brandon at 6421 Reisterstown road is great running the show for the amount of people that enter he navigates it so cool and collective and calm. It’s a very long wait at no fault of his own, it’s just a popular location and time of year and he is exceptional at handling it all to go as smooth as possible. I was surprised he was not the manager! He has all the interpersonal skills and hard skills to keep all satisfied while navigating sooooo much work! So impressive
